Dear All Former and Curent Auto Da Fe fans and also all of you who remember Operacket. It is with immense sadness that I tell you of the tragic death of the wonderful Finn Corrigan, guitarist from both of those bands, who died on Christmas morning 2002. We will never forget you Finn. See Finn in full life, flight and laughter on Auto Da Fe's pictures from the 'Self-Aid' concert back in 1986 in Dublin. Hear him play his individuated guitar style on 'Round the Twist' from ADF's 'Gazette' recording. May you rest or wander now in spirit Finn, wherever or whichever you chose. Fare thee well from your friends and fellow musicians Gay, Trevor, Tom, Mark, Eddie and all who loved and knew you in Sligo. |
